REGISTRATION

Registration fee

Participants must pay the registration fee prior to the congress in order to be able to attend the conference, and they must keep the payment receipt at least until the end of the Congress. One-day registration fee and on-site registration fee payments are not possible.

Registration fee is obligatory for all participants. The number of participants is limited.

Individual registration fee for members of the Croatian Council of Physiotherapists
before 1/10/2020 amounts to 750 HRK
after 1/10/2020 amounts to 950 HRK

Individual registration fee for non-chamber participants 1100 HRK

Students 350 HRK

Registration fee for company representatives at the exhibition booth is 500 HRK

Registration fee includes: access to a professional gathering, printed materials, coffee breaks and credits according to the Regulations for continuous training of competent chambers and professional bodies.

The registration fee does not include: accommodation and a gala dinner on December 4, 2020.

Surcharge for the 4th December 2020 Gala Dinner at the Writers Club Restaurant, Ban Jelacic Square 7/1, is 200 HRK per person.

CONDITIONS

After completing the registration form, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation for your registration. A registration confirmation is not a payment receipt. For more information on registration please contact us at fiziokongres.hr@gmail.com .

Payment of registration fee by 1/11/2020 is a prerequisite for accepting the paper and joining the conference program.

PAYMENT

Bank Payment Procedure: After receiving your completed registration form, we will send you an offer within three business days to make the payment. Please ensure that payments received by 1/10/2020 are considered to be an early registration fee of 750 HRK for HKF members, and after 1/10/2020 all received payments of the registration fee will be considered as late registration fee of 950 HRK irrespective of the date of the registration application.

For non-HKF members, the registration fee is 1100 HRK, for students 350 HRK, and for company representatives at the exhibition booth 500 HRK irrespective of the date of the registration application or the date of payment.

CONTACT CONSENT

By registering for the Congress, I consent to HKF contacting me about the Congress and any other similar gatherings related to the physiotherapy profession. You will be able to contact HKF at any time and withdraw this consent.
